About

Bety is an operations and program leader who transforms complex, cross-functional priorities into experiences that develop people, strengthen culture, and raise the standard for how organizations show up for their people.

At DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business, Bety leads strategy and programming that connects students to career pathways, builds industry partnerships, and aligns stakeholders around shared priorities — delivering measurable outcomes in student success and workforce readiness.

As an adjunct faculty member teaching Business for Social Good, Bety develops students' ability to evaluate the financial, social, and ethical impact of business decisions — cultivating leaders who understand that how organizations treat people is itself a business strategy.

With a Master's in Human Resources and an MBA in progress, Bety brings a practiced eye for where organizational systems and human needs intersect. That perspective informs work centered on wellbeing, inclusive culture, and the kinds of engagement that make people want to grow within an organization rather than away from it.

Bety designs the programs, systems, and cultures that turn early talent into engaged, committed professionals — bringing the operational precision of a program manager and the human insight of an educator to every initiative.
