Film Photography

At the age of six, Beatriz’s dad bought her a 35mm camera and a roll of film from the dollar store. Two decades and several rolls of film later, she occasionally takes on freelance event photography work in her current role at DePaul University.

In her spare time, she enjoys shooting portraits and interiors with her Nikon F5 and a roll of Portra 400 film. Diane Arbus and Vivian Maier are two of her biggest artistic influences.
