Projects

Whether it’s a special project like a college-wide puzzle hunt, creating polls to increase engagement during presentations, or collaborating across departments to develop events that support student success, there are opportunities for creativity in projects big or small.

  • Connected across departments within the College of Business to develop and manage a content calendar that was published on the Desire 2 Learn platform, an internal dashboard visible by undergraduate business students.

  • Developed branding and promotional materials as part of a five-person cross-department team for a first-of-its-kind signature event.

Overview: The Driehaus Cup debuted at the end of DePaul University’s Fall 2022 Quarter as part of the updated undergraduate business curriculum. Students enrolled in Business 101 would compete in semi-finals within their class sections, and semi-finalists would enter The Driehaus Cup pitch competition where teams would present in front of an audience of industry professionals and an audience of 200-500 peers.

  • Assisted as project manager and “knowledge expert” to create a campus-wide puzzle hunt for new and returning undergraduate business students.

Overview: Undergraduate business students will be tasked to select one of 5 tracks and collaborate as-needed, with the intention that they meet new people to work with as they navigate the Loop campus. They will identify areas where they can safely and comfortably relax before, between, and after classes, while also building community with fellow game players. Students will be physically going around campus to find clues that complete mini puzzles that stand alone or lead to the next location.
